Work. Build. Belong.

Located at 4700 Saint Barnabas Road in Temple Hills, Maryland, The Shops at 4700 provides retail and office space where small businesses can establish roots, serve customers, and grow.

As Covington Capital Holdings’ legacy property, it reflects our commitment to keeping opportunity local through well maintained spaces and lasting tenant relationships.

Our vision extends beyond providing a business address. Through CCH’s developing Ownership & Capital Readiness initiative, we aim to connect independent professionals who can help them strengthen their financial foundations and prepare for future growth.
